Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91 7973701577 within 24 hours of your order. We do not accept cancellation requests by email or Instagram DM — WhatsApp only, so we can action it immediately.

What happens after I cancel?

Once your cancellation is confirmed, the full order amount will be credited as a Pehnari gift card, valid for 365 days from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for cancellations.

Why can't I cancel after 24 hours?

Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Every Pehnari piece is handcrafted to order — once our artisans have begun work on your piece, cancellation is no longer possible.

What if Pehnari cancels my order?

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason on our end, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
