How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 24 hours of placing your order. Reach out on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577. The full order amount will be credited as a Pehnari gift card, valid for 365 days from the date of issue. For full details see our Shipping Policy.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Reach out to us within 5 days of delivery. We will coordinate the exchange process with you. A handling charge of ₹250 applies toward return shipping for the new size. For full details see our Returns Policy.
Where is Pehnari based?
We are based in Amritsar, Punjab. Our pieces feature Indian handcrafted art — each embroidery style is crafted by artisans from the region where that art originates. For example, our Chikankari is hand embroidered in Lucknow.
