SHIPPING
We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577.
Processing time
Every Pehnari piece is handcrafted. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance confirmation charge of ₹250 is applicable on top of your order value. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577 to collect this charge. Your order will be dispatched only after the confirmation charge is received.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery attempts
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. Our courier partners attempt delivery twice. Re-delivery charges for failed attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability will be borne by you. Please double-check your address and contact number when placing your order.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577 within 24 hours of your order.
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
For approved cancellations, the full amount will be credited as a Pehnari gift card, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason on our end, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
