Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577 within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Return compensation
We put care into every piece we make — from the craft to the packaging. For returns due to change of mind or sizing, a compensation of ₹400 is deducted to cover return shipping, packaging, and handling. The remaining amount is credited as a Pehnari gift card, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for change-of-mind returns.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery in the following situations:
- Wrong product received — notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Manufacturing defect or damage — notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Size doesn't fit — notify us within 5 days of delivery

Defective or incorrect items
You will not bear any additional cost. We cover return shipping against proof of receipt.
Size exchanges
A handling charge of ₹250 applies to cover return shipping for the new size. This will be collected before dispatch of your replacement piece.
We do not accept exchanges on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Sale or discounted items, unless defective or damaged
Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process. Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577 within 24 hours of your order.
Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
For approved cancellations, the full amount will be credited as a Pehnari gift card, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason on our end, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping
Shipping is free on all orders across India.
COD orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, an advance confirmation charge of ₹250 is applicable on top of your order value. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp at +91 7973701577 to collect this charge. Your order will be dispatched only after the confirmation charge is received.
Processing time
Every Pehnari piece is handcrafted. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. During launches or high-demand periods, we will keep you informed of any delays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Delivery attempts
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. Our courier partners attempt delivery twice. Re-delivery charges for failed attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability will be borne by you. Please double-check your address and contact number when placing your order.
International orders
